These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website AMGfoto.com and the purchase of digital photography offered on it.
By using this website and purchasing our products, you fully agree to the terms below.

2. Scope of Service
AMGfoto.com provides digital photographs available for download in various formats.
By purchasing, the user obtains the right to download and use the purchased photograph strictly for personal or professional purposes, according to the license specified on the website. Ownership and copyright remain with the author.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Payments can be made through the methods available at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal, other electronic payment systems).
An order is considered completed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
4. Delivery of Digital Content
Purchased photographs are available for immediate download once the payment is confirmed.
A download link will also be sent to the user by e-mail.
AMGfoto.com is not responsible for technical issues related to the user’s device or internet connection.
5. Right of Withdrawal
Under EU consumer protection law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content delivered immediately (download), provided that the user has accepted this condition before purchase.
6. License of Use
The purchase of a photograph grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the file as specified.
It is strictly prohibited to resell, redistribute, sublicense, or substantially modify the images, or use them in violation of third-party copyrights or trademarks.
Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability.
7. Limitation of Liability
Areagroup d.o.o. shall not be held liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the purchased images, nor for any unlawful or unauthorized use by users.
8. Data Protection
The processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent court where Areagroup d.o.o. has its registered office.
